Description
The PRO OFT-3V2-MM-83-P OTDR is one of the most affordable handheld OTDRs on the market today, with all of the features typical of more expensive units. Features such as Trace Overlay, Visual Fault Locator, Loss Test Set, Color Display, One-button Autotest and Event Analysis are included. This unit is available in Single Mode (1310,1550nm), Multi-Mode (850, 1300nm) and Quad (850, 1300, 1310, 1550nm) versions. Telcordia Compatible software included. Trace comparison with Trace Overlay.
The PRO-3MM-83-FP OTDR’s abundant dynamic range and less than a 2 meter dead zone makes it ideal for links up to 180km as well as being perfect for short LAN links within the facility. Use the integrated Power Meter and Laser Source capabilities to accomplish Insertion Loss test measurements.
Trace Analysis and report viewing is fast and easy with the Pass/ Fail feature, with the onboard event table and the supplied Telcordia SR4731 compatible software with multi-trace capability. The OTDR has onboard storage of 1000 traces and 10,000 lost tests with the ability to download traces directly to your computer via USB port. The combined Power Meter and Laser Source equate to a Loss Test Set.
